This could be the start to apply after the pilot position. - Just listen to what I was saying my heart rate increased and all my senses are sharpened ... I could not believe such a tremendous coincidence ... the airline was called Falcon and the plane had just happened was a Falcon jet ... ! had the same name! I could feel all the beings of the sky saying "You were giving a clue and now you know the answer ... Falcon." I said then - could tell your wife that I'm really interested in applying? - He said he would contact her to give him more information.
The next day I met him and got a ton good news. Should give the next day because my resume was "Open House" (Call) at the headquarters of the company in two days.! Two days! Oh my God! What a surprise! I left work that day looking at the sky and saying - Thank you!! Thanks! -
The next day I took my resume and our black man had the surprise me that his wife would collect in the afternoon. counting the minutes until it came time departure. We went and met his wife, Ammie, a beautiful Canadian and talking to her I had actually my second interview. I was just happy. I gave all indications to be well presented to the company, take my resume and how to answer questions.
came the day of the interview and put on my best dress with jacket and tie. In my eyes it would be another great chapter in my life that was born of a miracle that took as an intermediary to our morenito welder.

The August 7, 1997, in Miami airport, a DC-8 cargo plane company Fine Air had come down after taking off due to errors in estimating the weight and balance of the aircraft. Four crew members died and one person on earth. What I never would have imagined that this accident is going to affect me in work.

After the accident the company began to cut back and gradually were seen as laying off one every week. I wondered when it would be my turn and where to go look for work. Came in 2000 with the news that I was the next to be fired. Worried about my situation I had no choice but to seek a temporary job at an employment agency. In this agency could happily every day to find a different job. One day rose boxes in a warehouse, another day cleaning the floor in a hotel, another day was cleaning boats and the variety came a little relief to the economic uncertainty.
One day I had to go as an assistant in a store where processed wood and iron frames. I remember the boss told me to sweep out the entrance ramp. I heard the sound of a Falcon private jet approaching the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and gave me a few seconds of pleasure to follow the view and enjoy knowing that was a pilot and kept alive my hope of flying again. To my surprise turned to instead listen another Falcon jet approaching the airport. A few minutes later as I listen and I realized I was doing the same aircraft may a flight test or training ... "Training" ... That was what I wanted so badly at that time. I looked at the floor while sweeping and I said - "How wonderful it would return to aviation training ... back to being in a simulator ...- I went to see the same jet passed just above me and I looked up to heaven - God! Give me the chance again to start in an airline ... - I came back to infect the quantum field and the sky was already a miracle to me a few meters and seconds of that appeal only to the universe.

On seeing the kind of questions did you told me - Hey, you look like a person who has studied something ... do not tell me you've lived alone for these jobs because they do not believe you. - I confess I started on my studies in aviation and my experience as a pilot in Colombia. The opening his eyes tells me -! And you make sweeping winery here! - And I said - Well, something I have to live while I'm studying. - The black man followed several tubes welded and after a while asked me - Hey, you that such people are trying to ... general customer. - I was surprised at the question and thought I just wanted to know how to treat people. What is that I never suspected in this remote warehouse and this black man was welding I hear the first question in my first interview in the arduous and wonderful road to an airline.

MIRACLE BROTHERS TO THE RESCUE

Today we commemorate here in Florida and the world one more anniversary of the downing of two Cessna planes of Brothers to the Rescue "or" Brothers to the Rescue "in a cowardly attack by the Cuban Air Force on 24 February 1996 that killed four of the pilots of the organization.

Who are the Brothers to the Rescue?
is a humanitarian organization based in Miami, Florida, made up of Cuban-Americans, Cubans and other nationalities, in order to assist Cubans in the Straits of Florida on a raft fleeing the communist island of Cuba to locate and from the air jets of water, food, radios and also coordination with the Coast Guard to the rescue ..
THE FACTS:
On Saturday February 24, 1996, when three planes of Brothers to the Rescue met one of her many humanitarian missions, a Mig 29 fighter plane, using the logistic support of a Mig 25 radar war and military bases located in Cuba, shattered rocket air air International waters, two of three civilian planes of Brothers to the Rescue. The third aircraft managed to escape and return to their base in Florida.

BROTHERS TO THE RESCUE

I decided to abandon my plan to get the license instructor. I volunteered to fly with the "Civil Air Patrol" and so I managed to make the most hours. I knew then Opalocka airport, north of Miami, the group "Brothers to the Rescue" and managed to give me as co-pilot and pilot after reconnaissance flights to locate rafters fleeing Cuba in the sea . This was a beautiful experience difficult to describe. Spotting was almost life-saving because many of them die at sea. It was an indescribable joy to discover. In the morning preparing a small bags of canned food and especially a cheap radio with instructions on how to use it to communicate with aircraft. It was very exciting when the boat received the bag and called us telling us that the plane carried four to six days in the ocean. After we gave the coordinates of the raft to the Coast Guard to be in charge of the rescue.
